It is with great excitement that we announce the merger between Quality Transportation Services and Spur America, Inc. With the combining of these two operations, effective April 2020, we will be rebranding to the name Lotz Logistics, Inc. to signify our close working relationship with our partner company, Lotz Trucking, Inc.
Chief Executive Officer and President Kevin Kuntz and co-owner Don Muffler have brought on former President of Spur America, Inc., Ryan Peterson, to fill the roles of Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Lotz Logistics, Inc. With over 80 years combined experience in logistics and business management, we are extremely confident in the services and products we will be introducing into the market in the coming months.
In addition to the industry leading services currently provided by both Quality Transportation Services and Spur America, Inc., our existing customers will benefit from a company-wide technology upgrade, including a state-ofthe-art transportation management software (TMS). The capabilities of these new systems will be discussed on a per-customer basis and will be custom tailored with tools that will help your operation the most. We look forward to expanding our relationships with our current railroad and bulk customers, as well as providing exponentially more capacity in the dry van, reefer, flatbed, and warehousing markets.

Having been under the same ownership since 1986, the Lotz Trucking family understands the hard work that is invested every day by our business partners. We will continue to value and develop these relationships in 2020 and beyond!
